Custom Product Returns

At faunaaomuscleon, we take pride in providing high-quality, eco-certified stretch ceiling materials customized for your specific needs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have the following return policies:

Material Samples

Material samples may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Samples must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Custom-Ordered Materials

As our ceiling materials are custom-cut to your specifications:

• Orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
• If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for canceled orders.

Defective Materials

In the rare case of receiving defective materials:

• Notify us within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer service team.
• Provide photos of the defects for our quality control team to review.
• If defects are confirmed, we will replace the materials at no additional cost.
• Defective materials must not have been installed or altered in any way.

Installation Services

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our installation services with a satisfaction guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with the installation, notify us within 14 days of completion.
• We will schedule a follow-up visit to address any concerns or issues.
• If issues cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will work with you on a fair resolution.

Installation Cancellation

For scheduled installations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled installation date.
• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.
• Rescheduling is available with 48 hours' notice at no additional charge.

Warranty Information

Our eco-certified ceiling materials come with a 15-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Our installation services are covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or maintenance
• Damage caused by accidents, water, fire, or other natural disasters
• Normal wear and tear
• Installations performed by unauthorized installers

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, you will receive return instructions or information about next steps for warranty service.

Refund Processing

For approved returns:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 7-14 business days after we receive the returned items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
